Bain Marie cases are ideal for those hot foods that require humidity, with a wet heated base coupled with dry heat from the hood. Our, Hot Plate merchandising cases are designed for dry hot foods like crispy chicken, chips, and pies, these provide consistent dry heat from both the bottom and top of the case.
